Who we are

Xelarion Media publishes short, beginner-friendly guides for everyday tech tasks in Canada: home Wi‑Fi, device backups, photo organization, and safer browsing habits.

We don’t sell services, we don’t run lead forms, and we don’t ask for sensitive data. If you email us, keep it general (device model and what you’re trying to do is enough).

Editorial policy

Our promise: if a step is risky, we say so. If a detail is uncertain, we link to an official source instead of guessing.

What “trusted source” means here

We mainly reference official documentation (Apple, Google, Microsoft), Canadian public resources (like Get Cyber Safe), and well-established internet governance organizations (like CIRA). See Sources for a full list.

How we keep content practical

Our pages are structured for real troubleshooting: short checklists, the smallest “next step” first, and common Canadian contexts (condos, basement suites, public Wi‑Fi at cafés, and paperwork photo habits).

Updates and corrections

Each page shows a “Last updated” date. If you spot something outdated, email us with the page URL and what changed. We’ll verify the update using official sources and revise the page.

Internal linking

We connect guides on purpose. For example, the Wi‑Fi setup page links to safer browsing habits, and the backup guide links to photo organization. If you’re new, start on Home, then follow the “Start here” checklist.
